Serena Williams‘ husband Alexis Ohanian had an adorable confession about Olympia’s recent visit to the Gold Over America Tour. The celebration that sees the likes of Simone Biles and other US athletes put up stellar performances celebrating the spirit of the sport, is definitely one of its kind. And who wouldn’t want to take a piece of that, isn’t it? From making an iconic stop at the America’s Got Talent Finale on September 24, to now preparing for 11 more upcoming shows, it was only natural that Olympia—who’s such a vocal supporter of Biles—who be present to cheer on her favorite star. After winning 4 Olympic gold medals, Simone Biles has returned to headline the second edition of the tour. She also led the tour’s first edition after the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Popularly known as G.O.A.T in short, this event would showcase gymnastics and athletics in pop concert style. Celebrating formidable female athletes, the tour’s first edition raked in $19 million in revenue, making it an enormous success. Following the first event’s success, the second edition’s first show took place in California’s Oceanside. With the presence of both male and female gymnasts, this show garnered much attention for its choreography by UCLA gymnastics coach Valorie Kondos.

The Williams-Ohanian family attended Biles’ tour and the former WTA star’s firstborn was smitten by the American gymnast’s skills. Ohanian shared many photos from the event. In the first photo, Olympia looked amazed and over the moon clicking pictures with the great Simone Biles. Dressed in a white t-shirt, pink trousers, and a cardigan, Olympia’s adorable smile properly conveyed how she fangirled over Biles. Olympia also found herself posing with Jordan Chiles and clicked a photo showing the victory sign. In fact, Biles shared a group picture with all the gymnasts and Serena Williams. Ohanian shared a screenshot of that where adorable Olympia could be seen overwhelmed by the athletes.

“I had to take S & Jr to see @simonebiles’ Gold Over America Tour. Packed house. Awesome night. Don’t miss it if they’re coming to your town. 🥇🥇🥇 And thank you Simone and @jordanchiles for absolutely making Olympia’s MONTH 🥞 ” wrote Ohanian on his IG platform.

Ohanian revealed Olympia’s love for gymnastics and the athletes with an interesting confession. In Ohanian’s photos, people saw a pancake that resembled USA gymnasts. Ohanian also wrote about it in caption, “I bought all the merch I could and even tried making this morning’s pancake look like Olympia in one of her new leotards – sorry babygirl, photorealism is hard 😆😆 and the batter was too runny today.”  Despite failing in his pancake quest, Ohanian surely won hearts with his adorable gesture for Olympia.

Now, Williams’ firstborn admired Simone Biles for long. Her father once revealed how intensely Biles inspired their little girl.

The Williams-Ohanian family never forced Olympia to indulge in any sport. She enjoys watching many sports, including gymnastics. Earlier in May, when a clip of Simone Biles went viral in her new floor routine, Olympia was smitten by the legend. “Jr. sees this and starts tumbling over the sofa. Love to see it,” Ohanian tweeted sharing Biles’ video. Now Olympia’s admiration for Biles and other female athletes is evident given her family’s intense work for female athletes’ equality. Her father launched Athlos NYC to financially empower the all-female track and field athletes.

And, as for Simone Biles, she also has one clear goal in her mind: To inspire and encourage. “One of the reasons I wanted to create this experience was to connect with and empower young girls…Not everyone can travel to major competitions to see us, so we’re bringing gymnastics to them and we’re making it fun,” the gymnast had told ELLE.com on October 5 this year. In another interview, she also made an optimistic wish for the next generation’s gymnasts.

“I hope they leave with a piece of gold…Everyone has something golden inside of them that is ready to shine. So, go out there and get it!” Biles said. Perhaps little Olympia could also be one of them in the near future.

Having said that, the little girl’s adorable reaction to Simone Biles’ show warmed the fraternity’s heart. Along with golf, people loved how Williams’ little girl enjoyed gymnastics. While it is hard to tell which sport Olympia would play, her interest shows her knack in the field.
