In an Instagram story that the 30-year-old shared, she can be seen in a completely new hairstyle. Ahead of her Wimbledon appearance, the American tennis player took to her social media to share her new blonde hair look, along with bangs. Sharing her new make-over, Collins highlighted her bangs and wrote in the caption, “Someone got bangs ✂️.” In another photo that she shared, Collins can be spotted sitting on a grass court in her new look. In a photo that the French Open doubles winner Coco Gauff shared on her story, she can also be seen in a similar change of hairstyle. The tennis star took to her Instagram story to share her mirror selfie with blonde hair in cornrow-like braids, writing, – “blonde for the summer.” The reigning US Open champion was also spotted adding a heart emoji to her caption to showcase her love for the new look.

Coco Gauff’s new look was quickly picked up by her fans as well on social media. Several compared her new look with that of Serena Williams’ blonde hairstyle. In 2001, Williams surprised the fans by starting her voyage into blonde hair color. Meanwhile, Danielle Collins’ new make-over is a testament that while her career is nearing an end, her life is much more off the court.

Soon after Danielle Collins won her WTA title in Miami, the Free People Movement teased its collaboration with the tennis star in March. While there was no official announcement by Collins herself, she confirmed the collaboration in an interview with Forbes in May. FP Movement has been supplying Collins with her on- and off-court activewear until she officially hangs up her racquet.

Collins had also expressed gratefulness for the sponsorship as she spoke about the comfortability. “FP Movement has been a wonderful and collaborative partner this year and I look forward to the remainder of 2024,” she said. “FP Movement is the perfect mix between fashion and function. I love how each style allows me to express my personal style without sacrificing performance.”
