Her personal life, too, is scoring big, especially with her budding romance with Connor McCaffery. On the last day of 2024, the Indiana Fever sensation took to her official Instagram account to share a mix of images to showcase a glimpse of the past year. “My fav moments from the best year. Time to make 2025 even better,” she captioned the post.
The post, a blend of personal and professional highlights, including a slide dedicated to her boyfriend, gained massive traction within minutes. Fans couldn’t resist buzzing about it and fellow players and close ones couldn’t help but agree with the year it has been.

Sure enough, Clark’s WNBA debut will be recorded in the history books. She began with a triple-double triumph, her first of two and the WNBA’s first by a rookie. Then, she dished out a record-breaking 337 assists, surpassing previous marks. By then, everyone was aware of the impact Clark could bring to the court.
And she was absolutely flawless, yet not satisfied. From recording the most assists in a single game to becoming the fastest player to hit 100 three-pointers, just name a record, and Clark was ready to break it. She even ended the season as the league assist leader, averaging 8.4 assists per game.
But come the off season, it was all about winding down for the 22-year-old. A little golf, some Iowa reunion, a few Indiana games attendance, but a whole lot of showing up for McCaffrey.
Ever since the former Iowa player made the Butler Bulldogs coaching staff, Clark ensured to let her support be known. Right from the inaugural game, the 2024 ROTY appeared courtside quite frequently. Once by his family, another with her friends, and then alongside the Clarks, even if it meant delaying the thanksgiving dinner.
