After spending six seasons together with the Las Vegas Aces, Kelsey Plum and A’ja Wilson have become a dynamic duo, leading the team to two back-to-back championships. But now, the two might be parting ways as Plum will reportedly head for new horizons. While this news might be heavy on Wilson, she’s not letting it bring her down. Instead, she’s bringing her fashion’s A-game, serving looks.

Recently, Wilson hit the runway at the Sacai Menswear Fall-Winter 2025/2026 show during Paris Fashion Week, and she did not come to play. She was rocking a full Sacai look from head to toe. Her outfit featured a Fringed-edge Tweed Jacket with matching shorts.

The jacket had this amazing white and black tweed grid pattern, and the fringed-edge layered effect was just a chef’s kiss. You could spot the notched lapels, long sleeves with buttons, a chest welt pocket, and two side flap pockets. Not to forget the central rear vent full lining and double-breasted button fastening.

Completing the look, she wore Sacai’s Boat Shoes in calf leather with chunky rubber outsoles.

Then, there’s the NBA Paris Games, where the 3X WNBA MVP was courtside next to Los Angeles Sparks star Cameron Brink. She wore a pair of lime green Nike Air Force 1s, paired them with black trousers, and a slightly sheer black top.

Keeping things classy with a black beret and black sunglasses, she did embody French elegance. And if that wasn’t enough, Wilson posted another killer look on Instagram. This time, she was serving some funky, casual vibes. She wore ripped jeans, a white tank top, and a navy blue cardigan with cool prints.

And the highlight has to be the cap that said, “Literally just a girl.” How cute is that? She captioned it, “likeeeeeee literally 💅✨,” and honestly, same, A’ja.

Now, all these fashion moments come amid the news of her teammate Kelsey Plum potentially leaving. The Aces have had a dream team with A’ja, Kelsey, Jackie Young, and Chelsea Gray. But now, there’s a chance they could lose a crucial piece, who averaged 17.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 4.2 assists last season.

A’ja and Kelsey have grown incredibly close over the years. They’ve had each other’s backs in the most difficult times, like when Plum went through her heartbreaking divorce. And Plum has always spoken so highly of her teammate. But now, even after Aces extended a core offer to Plum, things are up in the air. She’s not locked in, and no one really knows what her next move will be.

A’ja Wilson’s teammate’s potential future teams

As we wait to see what happens next, there are a few teams that have been mentioned as potential landing spots for Kelsey Plum. First up, ESPN WNBA reporter Kevin Pelton thinks the Golden State Valkyries could be the next team to snag Plum.

In an article, Pelton said he could see the Valkyries trading a package—including their No. 5 pick—to bring Plum on board as the face of the franchise. You know, the Valkyries are gearing up for their first season, and they need a player who can help them establish their identity.

Plum would be perfect for the role, especially with her ties to head coach Natalie Nakase. Then, there’s the Los Angeles Sparks, who have been in the conversation about Plum’s future. On a recent episode of The Elle Duncan Show, Duncan pointed out that Plum is a San Diego native, which would bring her a little closer to home.

And with the Sparks having young stars like Rickea Jackson and Cameron Brink, teaming up with Plum could create a balanced force. Another possible destination could be the Seattle Storm. Recently, Jewel Lloyd requested a trade, which has opened up the door for potential blockbuster moves.

Commentator Arielle Chambers suggested a swap. Plum to the Storm and Lloyd to the Aces. Why not? The Las Vegas squad could thrive with Lloyd, while Plum heading back to Washington might be a sweet move.

So, no matter where Kelsey Plum ends up, there’s no doubt she’ll make a huge impact. And A’ja Wilson and the Aces will definitely miss her if she’s gone. But for now, all we can do is wait and see how this plays out.
