Born on August 4, 1999, in Virginia, McArthur attended Patriot High School in Bristow, Virginia, where she excelled in cross country and track and field. While focusing on running, she might have never thought that someday, her passion would also result in finding a soulmate with shared interests. 

McArthur is also no less of an achiever than Teare. She is also a distinguished American middle-distance runner who specializes in the 1500-meter race. Like her boyfriend, McArthur also won in the women’s mile at the BU DMR Challenge in 2025, winning in 4:26.00.

She is not just a boss on track, but also off track. Off the track, she’s all about giving back—coaching local athletes in Virginia and volunteering at a Pennsylvania animal shelter.
