NHL’s game entrances in style

Renowned for its New Year’s Day showcase, NHL’s annual Winter Classic treads into a new path other than hockey. Extended beyond the exhilarating on-ice battles, this year, the defending Stanley Cup champions, the Golden Knights appeared with an innovative move. The NHL players decided to channel the essence of their home in Las Vegas, known as the entertainment capital.

The players’ arrival expounded glitz and glamour as they made an entry donning Elvis Presley-inspired attire. From adorned in classic white and red sequined jumpsuits to slicked-back hair and shades, the Knights dipped into the spirit of Vegas extravagance. Besides the Knights, the Krakens, in collaboration with a local clothing company named Filson, made their entry in vibrant orange overalls and white T-shirts, reminiscent of fishermen’s attire. This move was a visual tribute to the iconic fishing heritage of the city.
