Day 4 of the TYR Pro Swim Series 2024, commenced on a great note. As the thrill continued with incredible performances, Bulgarian swimmer Lyubomir Epitropov served every element of adrenaline rush to his fandom. The University of Tennessee swimmer showcased his dominance in Knoxville in the Men’s 200 breaststroke. The Bulgarian swimmer took the victory after trouncing his American counterparts Will Licon and Nic Fink.

He touched the finish line in 2:11.59, while Will Licon took silver and Nic Fink stood with a bronze.
The Bulgarian swimmer spreads smiles in the TYR Pro Swim Series
Day 4 of the TYR Pro Swim Series witnessed a plethora of strong performances and one of them was of the Bulgarian swimmer, Lyubomir Epitropov. He cruised toward victory with his exceptional skills scoring a timeframe of 2:11.59. Will Licon clocked 2:11.77 and took silver.

The Bulgarian swimmer ended up defeating one of the fastest swimmers Nic Fink. Fink has also gathered multiple golds in the 100m and 200m breaststroke bracket in the previous years of the TYR series. In this year’s performance as Epitropov took the lead, and touched the yellow line with absolute finesse. Nic’s final score was 2:12.89.
Experience of the Bulgarian swimmer
Lyubomir Epitropov represented Bulgaria in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics by competing in the 100 and 200m breaststroke events. With this, he broke the Bulgarian national record in the 200m breaststroke in the Olympic qualifying heats by clocking a time of 2:09.68.

Lyubomir Epitropov also participated in the 2023 NCAA Championships where he competed in the 100m and 200m breaststroke and earned the 13th overall in the 200m breastroke (1:52.01). Continuing his incredible spree, he clinched another accolade at the TYR Pro Swim Series 2024.
