After acing several global tournaments throughout 2023, US athletes are now making their way to the upcoming Olympics in Paris to perform and win on the grandest stage of sports. But before that, the official X account of the 2028 LA Olympics uploaded a video of US Olympians revealing what they owe their thanksgiving gratitude to. Lee Kiefer became one of America’s youngest Olympians when she made it to the grand stage of London in 2012. Despite her flair in fencing, she failed to medal in 2012 and also faced disappointment in Rio in 2016. However, the third time became the charm for Kiefer in Tokyo, as she straightaway claimed the topmost prize. In her fourth and perhaps final Olympic appearance, Kiefer will enter as a defending champ instead of a challenger. Will she be able to defend her Olympic title at the 2024 Olympic games?
