Gymnastics legend Simone Biles and her fiance Jonathan Owens have made it a habit of making headlines. Ever since they started dating, fans say it is the happiest they’ve seen Biles in a long time. Notably, Owens left Simone and the internet in awe of him with a grand but personal proposal. He chose Valentine’s day 2022 for his proposal, which was gladly accepted by Simone.

Jonathan trolls Simone Biles on her height
Standing at a height of 4’8″, Simone Biles is the most decorated gymnast in history and an inspiration for millions across the globe. On the other side of the ring stands her fiance, Jonathan Owens. The NFL player is 5’11” tall and stands over a foot taller than Biles.
Owens leaves no opportunity to lovingly mock his fiance about the same and recently took to Instagram to post a photo. The photo shows Simone standing beside a freshly caught barracuda. In the photo, Jonathan wrote the caption, “fish almost as tall as her.”

Biles was indeed just a few inches taller than the fish. The 25-pound barracuda was caught by Owens himself as they later ate the fish for lunch. Simone also posted a photo of Jonathan and the fish as she wrote, “we have lunch & dinner.” Seemingly, the couple is enjoying a getaway together at a seaside restaurant.

There’s no doubt Owens and Biles are madly in love with each other. The celebrity couple is always by each other’s side and shows their support, no matter what. They’re an equally playful couple too.
As the wedding preparations continue, the couple does not forget to exchange some banter along the way. Per a recent Instagram story, Owens posted a photo of their wedding invitation card, with a message suggesting Simone is bossing him around. Owens wrote to his buddy Justin Smith, “this definitely could have been a text. But she made me get you a card. Will you be my groomsman?” While Smith replied with an obvious “yes,” it seems Biles has already laid down her authority, even before the marriage.
