Arnold Schwarzenegger spotlights a heartwarming feat by a father

The seven-time Mr. Olympia stumbled upon a user’s update that narrated an inspiring story encircling wellness. As per a Twitter update, a father embarked on his fitness journey five years ago, after an emotional moment with his 4-year-old daughter. His zealous efforts helped him lose 172 lbs from his 400 lbs overall body weight. Now, the father sustains a fitness-focused lifestyle along with her. Hence, Schwarzenegger, himself being a father of two daughters, was able to align with the man’s effort and wrote, “Does she know her dad is a real action hero?”

“Congrats on all the progress and, more importantly, the people you’ve inspired,” he added. Reportedly, the father revealed that his 4-year-old daughter once wanted to race back home with him. Sadly, his 400-lb body weight and a previous accident restricted him from doing so. Thus, he denied running. His daughter’s unhappy face at that moment changed something within him.

“Five years ago my daughter who was four years old wanted to race home from the playground. At almost 400lbs and half a muscle in my left leg from an incident I said: I’m sorry you know Dad can’t run. The look of sadness lit a fire in me like never before,” he wrote in the caption of the tweet. Furthermore, he added that his life has now taken a swift turn and enlisted all the activities he does with his dear daughter. “Today I’ve lost 172lbsWe race all the time. We box together. We go to the gym together. When I take her to a play center I don’t have to watch from the couches,” the father said. He also urged others to “find” their reason to work out. Likewise, a 60-year-old fitness enthusiast once left the community stunned by his endeavor.
