Khamzat Chimaev has always maintained that he would fight anyone anywhere. He has previously beefed with Sean Strickland when the fighter was still the middleweight champion. Now, Josh Thomson of the Weighin In podcast believes there’s a shot at the fight actually happening. “I look at Paulo Costa and I would love to see him and Chimaev fight but I know that now that he’s lost this fight and then Chimaev.” They’ve got plans for him, everyone keeps talking about it. They want to see him and DDP or they want to see him and Strickland and, and, I don’t get, I’m not mad at it,” said Thomson.
