‘The Machine’ is loved and hated for his wacky personality, be it jumping into a frozen lake and busting his head open, yelling atop a tree, or giving Sean O’Malley kisses during a fight. This time was no different as Merab Dvalishvili entertained us with his crazy dance moves. Well, he did throw in some fighting in there as well. But the shocker? It was for a random music video audition! Well, we all saw Dvalishvili dancing with Aleksandre Topuria following the ‘El Conquistador’s win at UFC 312. Also, remember him dancing with Valentina Shevchenko backstage after they both won their title fights at UFC 306? So dancing is nothing new for him.
The internet has truly gone crazy with the video of Ziggy Ramo and a mate reacting to Dvalishvili’s audition video. In the audition, ‘The Machine’ said, “Hello. I’m Merab Dvalishvili. UFC bantamweight champion. And I will be auditioning for ‘Who We Are’ music video. And I love dancing much as I love fighting.” And he began with a back kick combo. The dance was nothing short of interesting and hilarious at the same time.

But what was this audition for? Well, Ziggy Ramo, Atticus, and vonn released a single, ‘Who We Are’, on 28th February 2025, on Spotify and various other platforms. It’s a multidisciplinary song and is Ramo’s first release of the year. It was produced by Ramo’s longtime collaborator, JCAL, and Chunkylyv swooped in to master the track. And the result? A dance-ready hip-hop and R&B track.
Soon after Merab Dvalishvili’s dance moves went viral, FullSendMMA shared the clip on their Instagram profile. And true to form, the fighting community swooped to the comments section to give their hilarious reactions. Let’s see what the fight fans had to say.
