Back in February, longtime UFC rowing reporter Megan Olivi shared a heartwarming life update on social media. Married to UFC veteran Joseph Benavidez, Olivi revealed her pregnancy in a subtle yet touching post that left the MMA community buzzing with joy. “We have waited so long to say this – Baby Benavidez will debut this summer. We are beyond grateful for this beautiful blessing,” Olivi wrote as she shared a pretty creative photo of them. Just because she’s pregnant doesn’t mean she’ll let someone else do her job — the firebrand reporter is back at work, and she has something to say to everyone.

The fiery UFC reporter lit up her X handle with a heartfelt message, revealing just how special this trip to the Kayesa Centre will be — not only is it a major moment in her career, but it also marks the last time she’ll be attending an event with her son, who’s still growing inside her belly, “Tonight is our annual Miami pay-per-view and I go to work about to head into my third trimester with the healthy baby boy of our dreams. I am still anxious as can be, constantly feeling for kicks (literally even seconds before we go live), but incredibly grateful to be in this position.”

She further added, “Things are a little harder—figuring out outfits (usually my fave) is tough, I get tired and sore, and yes, insecure. But our son has been with me for so many incredible events already!” Olivi further emphasized that this would be her last PPV for her pregnancy period. So, does that mean we will not have her in upcoming PPVs? Well, that is true.

The reporter emphasized that her doctors have advised her to rest up during her pregnancy, “This is my last show outside of Las Vegas until after he is born (which also means I won’t be on a few PPVs coming up) because my doctors want to keep baby boy and myself safe. But you will still see me for some Vegas shows until he makes his debut!”

Your messages moved me to tears.” Interestingly, the entire combat sports world was excited to witness her pregnancy. Let us have a look at how they reacted.
