Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson is still dealing with the fallout from his son Raja Jackson’s recent actions. The 25-year-old was involved in a violent altercation with wrestler Stuart Smith, or ‘Syko Stu, last month during a KnokX Pro Wrestling event in Sun Valley, Los Angeles. While the investigation into that incident remains ongoing, the former UFC light heavyweight champion seems determined to shift the narrative – this time by focusing on bringing smiles to children in need.

On September 9, the 47-year-old announced his partnership with the Smile Back Foundation and the Operation Re-dentulate Central America Association (ORCAA). Both nonprofit organizations focus on providing dental restorations and full-mouth rehabilitations for individuals in need – especially those held back by financial or medical challenges that limit their access to care. Shortly after, Jackson shared an update highlighting the first procedure completed since he joined the initiative.

Rampage Jackson helps a 12-year-old girl

“First reveal done with @smilebackusa & @orcaa.global and many more to come,” Jackson wrote on Instagram, sharing an image of an elderly woman with her family and doctor. “Be part of the impactful cause and donate at smileback[dot]org.” In a follow-up post the next day, he added, “This movement is about creating impact for people in Guatemala and also for families back home in the United States.”

Fast forward to today, Jackson shared an update on two more patients who had recently completed their procedures. “This 12-year-old girl travelled 18 hours with her father because her jaw joint was completely fused to her skull since she was 2,” Jackson explained, posting pictures of the child and another patient surrounded by doctors and family. “Couldn’t chew, couldn’t talk normally, couldn’t open her mouth whatsoever. Today we changed that,” he added.

He went on to describe the second case, “The next was a patient who lost her entire palate, nasal septum, and upper jaw. We used her fibula bone and skin, and connected it to blood vessels in her neck to reconstruct her upper jaw and palate.” According to Jackson, the procedure will allow the woman to talk, eat, and drink again. “Lots of tears of joy here in Guatemala,” he wrote. While Jackson helps people, he recently shared his view on what should happen to his son.

Jackson wants jail time for his son

While appearing in an interview with Ariel Helwani recently, Rampage Jackson held his son accountable for attacking Stuart Smith. Despite defending Raja against attempted murder claims, the UFC legend says his 25-year-old son should still face consequences. “Raja, I think that he should do a little [jail] time, do a little community service, and go to anger management class, get some therapy,” Jackson told Ariel Helwani.

Helwani suggested some believe Raja was trying to take ‘Stu’s life, but Jackson pushed back. “It wasn’t attempted murder because he wasn’t trying to kill that guy,” he said. When asked how he knew, Rampage doubled down, “Because that’s my son. I know my son… He wasn’t trying to kill that guy.” Jackson also blamed event promoters, arguing they recklessly put Raja in danger. “He ain’t no f****** pro wrestler… But it was no attempted f****** murder.”

That said, Rampage Jackson is working to help people regain their smiles through a partnership with the Smile Back Foundation and the Operation Re-dentulate Central America Association. Still, it remains to be seen whether these efforts will improve his image in the wake of his son’s recent incident. What’s your take on it?
