Cejudo is aware of the dangers Gane possesses. Moreover, he has even warned Jones about it.

Cejudo’s warning to Jon Jones about Gane

Ciryl Gane’s performance in his recent fight against Tai Tuivasa at UFC Fight Night 209 certainly impressed Cejudo. He recognized that Gane is a real threat to everyone in the division and even texted Jon Jones to warn him about him. Cejudo advised Jones to watch out for Gane’s skills, which he believes are formidable.

He said, “I almost feel after looking at that last fight like he is a bigger threat than Francis Ngannou for a guy like Jon Jones. Ciryl Gane is the real deal.”

Cejudo was amazed by how efficiently Gane defeated Tuivasa. He fought brilliantly throughout the fight and secured a knockout victory in the third round.
