Meet Parker Noelle, Dustin Poirier’s daughter
Dustin Poirier, one of the biggest names in the UFC lightweight division, is married to Jolie Poirier. The couple has been married for over a decade now and has come a long way in their journey. They welcomed their baby daughter, Parker Noelle, in 2016.
In fact, just a week before his UFC 195 bout against Joseph Duffy, Poirier found out his wife, Jolie was pregnant. That news sparked something inside him. Speaking to FOX Sports after the win, he revealed, “Honestly, man, I just found out my wife’s pregnant. It’s going to be my first child. I found out not too long ago, a week ago. So, it kind of put things in perspective already for me. In the past, I overthought things, cared too much, if it makes any sense. Fighting is who I am, it’s what I love to do and I am so passionate about it that it overwhelms me. But, lately I just said, you know what, I don’t care.”
That child turned out to be Parker Poirier. And since the very beginning, she’s been surrounded by the fight game, literally. In a chat with Megan Olivi ahead of UFC 302, Poirier recalled her birth vividly. ‘The Diamond’ shared, “The night she was born, August 20th, it was Nate Diaz-Conor McGregor 2. And, I mean, she was hours, hours she just entered the world, and we’re in there, watching it on my laptop. You know, and she was born into fighting.”

Fast forward to the event, and Parker was finally cage-side. For Poirier, it wasn’t just another fight it was a teaching moment. He said, “My daughter’s gonna be there, front row, for the first time ever. I want to show her that you can accomplish your dreams…I think this might be the last time I get a shot at raising that belt up in the air, and I just want her to see it.”
But the Octagon can be overwhelming, especially for a child. After the bout, a video of Parker crying in the crowd went viral. Poirier quickly rushed over, pulled her in for a hug, and asked if she was okay. They shared a tender father-daughter moment under the spotlight. Jolie stood by, comforting them both. It was a rare moment of vulnerability in a sport built on grit.
Poirier’s wife has also now become a prominent name in the world of MMA after she co-founded the Good Fight Foundation along with Poirier. The organization focuses on supporting various charitable causes and also gives back to the community. The couple is fairly active on social media and often posts pictures to keep their fans updated. Poirier has worked really hard to reach the top of the UFC and has seen a lot of failures in his 15-year-long career.
During most of his interviews, the 35-year-old credited his wife and conveyed, “I don’t think I would be as successful as I am business-wise or fight-wise. If she wasn’t in my life at such a young age. And I just realize that how much they mean to me and how happy I am when they are around. I need my girls, man,”.
