You know your favorite fighter is in trouble when Drake places a bet on him. The multi-million-dollar singer has been heavily trolled by the MMA community, particularly because his bets on combat sports have resulted in significant losses, putting him under the scrutiny of MMA fans. But, wait, who is Drake’s favorite fighter? Well, the Canadian rapper was asked the same in his conversation with Adin Ross in a livestream and the answer might be a bit shocking for many within the community.

While having a candid back-and-forth with the streamer Adin Ross, Drake was asked about his favorite fighter, to which the Toronto native explained that he respects such fighters who represent their locality with pride, “I’mma answer this question strictly based on just somebody who, to me, is the most thorough. You just can’t get more thorough than this guy. You know, I respect people who are who they are, where they are from, and nothing else can change it — the money, the wins, nothing.”

He further added, “So, to me, it’s Nate. That’s my favorite fighter because Nate’s just crazy through and through. Obviously, of course, I have other favorite fighters. You know, like, I love Conor McGregor with all my heart. He’s my favorite fighter.”
