Is Conor McGregor ever going to make a comeback? This question has been a bittersweet one for the fans, as the Irishman is about to reach the 4-year mark of his inactivity. Recently, McGregor shared some more social media posts, teasing his comeback once again. McGregor shared some training footage, as he often does, and it kind of surprised people because the former double champion was looking really sharp.
Therafter, Conor McGregor took to Instagram, but this time, by demanding Dana White to “CALL THAT BIG B–T NURSE.” He added, “Let’s get this show started,” giving the fans hope once again. This, added with the training footage, acted as fuel as fans started speculating about McGregor and his demand to the UFC CEO. Thankfully, a street journalist, Adam Glyn, based in New York City, bumped into the 55-year-old promoter and clarified all the doubts fans had.
When it looked like things were starting to roll for Conor McGregor, with his many teases of a comeback, Dana White rained down on those hopes with a reality check. He shrugged off speculation of a return from McGregor, at least, in the near future. Claiming that he hadn’t been in contact with the former double champion for some time, Dana Wite told Adam Glyn, “He’s not fighting anytime soon. I haven’t talked to him in a minute. Yeah, I don’t know.”

“I’m fighting Islam,” Dillon Danis commented on an ESPN MMA Instagram post. Well, that’s not going to happen, and it must have been commented for the BJJ expert just to garner some attention. After all, Danis’s MMA career seems to be over by now, as he hasn’t competed in a professional fight since 2019. Moreover, he was even shown the door by his previous promotion, Bellator.
Well, fans would be hoping that Conor McGregor does not follow in the same footsteps and follow suit like his former BJJ coach, who got into influencer boxing.
