Conor McGregor’s prized establishment, the Black Forge Inn, narrowly avoided a major disaster. According to the Irish Independent and other local outlets, a small fire broke out at the pub, prompting an ongoing investigation by the Gardaí, who are treating the incident as criminal damage. Fortunately, no one was harmed in the incident.

‘The Notorious’ didn’t seem the least bit concerned after the fire incident. He confidently posted a video on X, declaring in his trademark style, “You wouldn’t get through it with a rocket launcher. Spotless. Up the Forge! Built different, baby.” While many details around what happened are still unclear, reactions toward McGregor have ranged from lighthearted banter to genuine concern. However, Chael Sonnen was a little more ruthless in his response.

‘The Bad Guy’ recently shared a GoFundMe link on his Instagram story in support of Lei Zhenhuan, a University of British Columbia student who had taken up kickboxing as a side activity. On October 14th, 2023, he entered a tournament, but the event took a tragic turn as he endured multiple blows, resulting in severe health complications. The fundraiser sets its sights on raising $250,000, but it hasn’t reached that target yet. Sonnen took the opportunity to reshare the link, throwing a surprising jab at McGregor’s pub in the process.

‘The American Gangstar’ posted on X, “If we help this family meet their goal, I will ask God to send a meteor to successfully burn down Conor’s Bar. Since nobody is ever in there, we don’t hafta worry about casualties.”

Chael Sonnen’s decision to take a jab at McGregor regarding the pub incident raises questions. They’ve exchanged words over time, but aside from Sonnen labeling him a “rich weirdo” in 2021 and a handful of criticisms, nothing stands out as particularly impactful. Chael likely felt frustrated that McGregor failed to address whether anyone at the pub was injured.

If that’s the case, then ‘The Notorious One’ likely found his actions after the fire at the Black Forge Inn even more disappointing. Let’s dive into what that was all about.

Conor McGregor brings back his iconic OG mohawk hairstyle

Good news for the old-school fans as Conor McGregor has finally gone back to his roots. Not in fighting, but with his hair. The former two-division UFC champion made his UFC debut sporting a mohawk, kept it for quite a while, and eventually switched it up. Now, he has decided to bring back that original look once again.

McGregor posted a video on Instagram, showing off his freshly styled mohawk with the caption: “WAR PIG 1. FIRST BLOOD DRAWN 🩸OZZY OZ FOREVER, RIP! ✝️” ‘The Notorious One’ first rocked this haircut during his UFC debut against Marcus Brimage in 2013, mainly as a tribute to his early idol, Chuck Liddell. But this time, the Mohawk appears to be a tribute to heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne, who recently passed away at the age of 71.

Once again, the Irishman proves he can seize the spotlight, no matter where he is. Will Conor McGregor fire back at Chael Sonnen with a mohawk-flex video from his boat? Will he let it pass, or will he step up and take action? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
