Mike Tyson is arguably one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time. In a recent, behind-the-scenes video of his podcast, ‘Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson’, UFC president Dana White shared an interesting anecdote about the American.

Interestingly, Dana White reveals how ‘Iron Mike’ ended up going for a swim with sharks because of him. After that, in the latter half of the video, viewers also got to know another story about how he made the life of a fan.
The ferocious knockout boxer was in Las Vegas to shoot the next episode of his podcast, and who could have been a better guest than the president of the biggest MMA promotion in the world, Dana White?
Dana White reveals Mike Tyson’s Shark Week story
Both the legends of their respective sports came together for their mutual love of combat sports. They both shared some healthy and heartwarming moments.
Mike Tyson started with a remark, “I think he[Dana White] cares about me.” Dana White then proceeded to detail the incident and what made the hard-hitting boxer have such an opinion about him.

Dana recalled the incident that happened around 2 years ago and said, “I called him up, and I said, dude, I don’t want you to do this f*****g fight, man. This, this is f*****g crazy. I’ll get you a job, you know, on tv. I’ll get you a tv show. You make some money. So I put him on Shark Week.”
The UFC president added further, “So he’s like, wait a minute, you care about me? You tell me not to fight. You put me on f*****g Shark Week.”
