What prompted Felix to start her own brand?

After her successful years with Nike, the billion-dollar company imposed pay cut up to 70 percent which resulted in enormous problems for the legendary sprinter. Significantly, Felix got pregnant in 2018 after which the company did not want to pay her full sponsorship.

After that, the athlete voiced out her opinions on the company which resulted in Nike changing its maternal policies in 2019. Felix launched her new company with former Nike engineer, Tiffany Beers to help her design and brand the shoes.
