We have no obligation to store and may remove or delete any User Material for any reason, at any time and without notice to you.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, for all matters relating to advertisers or entities transacting directly in the United States or North America. For all other global interactions and users, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of New Castle County, Delaware, or the High Court of Delhi, depending on the applicable governing law of the dispute as defined above. This dual-jurisdiction framework ensures that EssentiallySports provides a transparent, legally compliant environment tailored to the regional standards of our global audience and partners.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent that we may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit its liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of our liability shall be the minimum permitted under such applicable law.
