During the off season in Formula One, the drivers and teams celebrate the holidays and try and amuse themselves. Most of the time, it occurs on Twitter and the banter between teams is often epic. Most of the time, it is Renault and Racing Point who are the most hilarious.

Recently, the French team posted a template of their car on Twitter and asked fans what the livery should be.

That was when Racing Point decided to crash the party with their witty reparte. To their credit, Renault took it like a sport.

Apparently, they simply loved the appropriately dubbed ‘Banana Boat’.
