Nationals are just around the corner, April 17 and 19 in Fort Worth, Texas—and guess who’s making the trip? Jordan Chiles and the UCLA Bruins are headed back to the big stage. The Bruins punched their ticket after finishing second at the NCAA Regional Final with a 197.625, just behind Utah’s 197.825.

Jordan Chiles? She was a clutch. She competed on floor, vault, and beam, and honestly, her routines made all the difference. On the floor, she had a bit of a deep landing on her double layout but came back strong with a stuck double tuck to finish. That routine scored her a 9.825 and helped UCLA put up a solid 49.450 to kick off the meet.

Then came the vault. Her Yurchenko full was clean and powerful, and with a neat landing, she locked in a 9.900. That vault rotation was huge for the Bruins, with a season-best 49.475, keeping them in second.
