Buffalo Bills’ wide receiver Stefon Diggs has enjoyed a stellar 2020 campaign. Racking up 1,535 yards and 8 touchdowns, Diggs earned himself his first Pro Bowl and All-Pro call up.

After being traded from the Minnesota Vikings, Diggs has enjoyed an upward trajectory. Linking up with the phenomenal Josh Allen, the Bills reached the AFC Championship game for the first time since 1993.

Though eventually, their Super Bowl aspirations came to a screeching halt following a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, the Bills have a bright future ahead of them.

But with the side having to wait at least till next season to have a chance at lifting the Lombardi Trophy, Diggs talked about this year’s match-up and who he wants to see win the Super Bowl.

Stefon Diggs has a clear-cut favorite

The Buffalo Bills wide receiver, while talking to ESPN, talked about the Super Bowl match-up between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Talking about the Chiefs, who beat them in the AFC title game, Diggs said that the Chiefs have all the weapons to succeed.

“It’s gonna be a tough game. Patrick Mahomes is playing some unbelievable football. I’ve never seen anything like it. They’re finding ways to win. They have a good relationship. Him and Andy Reid have all the weapons,” the wide receiver said.

Recalling the last time the two teams met, Diggs hinted that the odds are in favor of the Chiefs.

“This is tough. I recall the last game (between them). It was 27 to 24. Tyreek Hill had a huge first half and I feel like Tampa Bay got things rolling a little bit going into the second half I guess.”

But when it came down to who he wants to see win the title, Stefon Diggs said his choice was really backed by one player. “But you know my favorite player is Tom Brady. So I’m gonna go with Tampa Bay Buccaneers,” Diggs said.
