A lot of Brady’s exercises involve using resistance bands. So it wouldn’t be a bad idea to invest in one if you plan to replicate his workout.

The first exercise of Brady’s workout routine is a standing row, which he does 1 set to failure. This exercise helps strengthen his upper body. This is then followed by Banded pushups.

For this exercise, one needs to use resistance bands. This too is done at one set to failure. The third exercise on the list also requires a band and is banded core rotations done to failure.

For his lower body, Brady does one set of banded deadlifts to failure. And for arms’ strength, he does banded bicep curls followed by banded tricep extensions.

Deceleration lunges are also part of Brady’s routine and are something that help his core and balance. To finish off his routine, Brady does a set of banded shoulder presses and X band squats. Both a set each to failure.

Being Tom Brady comes at a price. To match his footballing IQ, the quarterback has been consistent with his workout throughout his career. And to achieve the level of success that he has, one must be willing to put in the time and effort to become a star QB in the NFL.
