According to Dirt‘s Wendy Bowman, the historic Spanish Revival-style property known as the “Roessler Estate,” once the home of Fred Roessler, the first mayor of Palos Verdes Peninsula, is the coach’s new L.A.-area home. Riley owns the place for a discounted cost of $17.2M than that of the initial $19.5 million asking rates.

The stucco and terracotta-roof design, nestled on a private, 3.17-acre land looking over the ocean in the Palos Verdes Estates. Inside, wooden floorboards, wood-beaming ceilings, customized murals, antique light fittings, and smooth interior finish throughout the 13,000 square feet of living space, having two different levels.
