While that didn’t end quite well for Mathieu, the All-Pro safety doesn’t seem to have learnt from his past mistake. In a recent tweet, which he has since deleted, Mathieu threw some serious shade at Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans.

The fan particularly called out the safety for his mistake which led to a Buccaneers’ touchdown right before the halftime. The Chiefs player hit back and multiple tweets were exchanged before the conversation was directed towards Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans.

Tyrann Mathieu though was having none of it. “Ball was on 10 yard line,” Mathieu tweeted. “[QB] threw ball out of back of end zone… tell me how that’s a flag? Also show me a Mike Evans TD where he didn’t push off lol or used his hands to create separation,” Mathieu tweeted as per Heavy.com.

The tweet by Mathieu though was since deleted a few hours later. Mathieu clearly did not like being called out like that on social media. But something clearly knocked some sense into him as he soon took it down.
