Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are one of the most admired power couples in the history of the NFL. However, the NFL icon and Brazilian supermodel are again in the news for the wrong reasons. Reportedly, the model left their family compound in Tampa for Costa Rica with her children. 

Incidentally, the QB missed 11 days of training in August. “It’s all personal… everyone’s got different situations they’re dealing with. We all have unique challenges in our life. I’m 45 years old, man. There’s a lot of things going on,” says Brady about his absence. 

Tom Brady, the dad, and his decision to retire 

Incidentally, some of the main issues between the couple are family duties. The supermodel believes she is always been the one with the kids. As a result, Brady agreed that he will retire from the game to give focus on his family. However, he changed his mind later. This irked his partner and thus trouble emerge in their relationship. 

Meanwhile, the model, in an earlier interview, talked about relationships and efforts to maintain them. “I don’t think relationships just happen; it’s never the fairy tale people want to believe it is. It takes work to be really in sync with someone, especially after you have kids. His focus is on his career, mine is mostly on the kids,” adds Bündchen. The duo shares two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 9. In addition, Brady has a 15-year-old-son with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. 

NFL 2022 and shift of focus

Tom Brady admitted that his focus is on the game. The 45-year-old legend has a few points to prove this year. As a result, he is inclined to give rapt attention to it, for the time being.

Earlier in 2020, Brady said that he was not doing his part for the family. “She felt like I would play football all season and she would take care of the house. She wasn’t satisfied with our marriage. So I needed to make a change to that. Her point was, Well, yeah, of course, this works for you. It all works for you. But it doesn’t work for me,” says the NFL legend. 

As a result, the GOAT tried to balance his NFL career and family time, so that he gives priority to both areas. The power couple survived a few divorce rumors in the 13-year–old relationship. His fans would hope that the legend would balance both football and personal life and keep his game space and personal space going once again.
