Denver Broncos are in the middle of a struggling NFL season. They suffered another setback on Monday as linebacker Aaron Patrick suffered a torn ACL against the chargers. Meanwhile, the nature of the injury was unusual. Patrick collided with a media person on the sidelines of the game. It would mean the 25-year-old will miss the remaining season. Earlier, in 2020, Raiders’ Johnathan Abram had sprained his shoulder when he crashed into a TV cart.

How Aaron Patrick got injured
Patrick went outside the field while trying to make a tackle. He collided with a media member. It caused him to take an awkward step on a carpet. As a result, the athlete fell down and hurt his knee during the process.
Meanwhile, several NFL fans asked why additional equipment and properties are used in the games. Fans think a collision sport needs to be risk-free while arranging the sideline, to ensure player safety. Many of them expressed their concerns in their tweets.

Double setback for Broncos
Earlier, Broncos star QB Russell Wilson suffered a serious injury during the game, which could make him unavailable for a few weeks. The 33-year-old hurt his hamstring. His progress is now monitored on a day-to-day basis.
Meanwhile, Nathaniel Hackett and his men suffered their fourth defeat this season. The Super Bowl 50 winners need to bounce back quickly to reassure their fans.
