It’s been an epic week for Aaron Donald so far. Winning the Super Bowl on Sunday, then going to Disneyland, followed by the most anticipated Super Bowl parade, and now attending the Lakers game in the Arena. Donald is living his life, and he waited for it so long. 

The 30-year-old most certainly knows how to return a favor. Loads of celebrities attended the Super Bowl game and one of them was King James. LeBron had the loudest of cheers when Aaron Donald sacked Joe Burrow twice and also made the game-winning tackle. And now the defensive tackle cheers for LeBron James and the Lakers during their game against the Jazz.

“I’m here to see him work,” Donald said to the Lakers reporter Mike Trudell. “See him motivate me a little bit.” The beast has dominated the league through and through, his exceptional work ethic has made him the most productive and the most feared defensive prospect in the NFL.

The defensive tackle has been a tremendous leader in the gridiron. It was apparent by the hoarse voice that he got after leading his defense against the Cincy offense in the biggest game of the year. He has influenced, cheered, and pushed his teammates to the fullest and has been a source of motivation himself. Yet he seeks the same from the King. 

The Lakers won the game by 101-95, but was it because Donald was the one cheering for them on the courtside? Though the Rams had a great 2021 season, the same cannot be said for the Lakers. The LeBron-led team had a rough season so far and will need a boost to get out of adversity. 

The Super Bowl winner still vouches for the Lakers to win as it would be blissful for the LA fans to have two championship parades in one season. However, the question: will it happen?
