Analyst Dan Orlovsky, who is now a former NFL quarterback, was pretty disappointed with the way the match between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles concluded.

According to him, the Eagles gave the match away because of silly mistakes. By the time the match ended, the Giants had a total score point of 27 and the Eagles barely made it to 17.

Orlovsky was furious. After the match ended he bashed the Eagles for their disappointing performance. He started by expressing his grief and aggression over the Philadelphia Eagles losing the match to the New York Giants.

He explained why his Sunday was ruined. He said, “My wife is from Philadelphia… My wife is miserable, Philadelphia.” He was very disappointed with their game plan, “You come off the bye week and this is your best plan,” he said.

Orlovsky did not understand what the team was thinking. Had the Eagles not gone for the 2 point conversions every chance they got as it would still just have brought them 2 points.

They could have kicked for extra points in the 2nd and the 3rd quarter, but they did not. Next up he took a dig at the Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz. Carson Wentz did not make a single play.

“You get paid way too much money and usually you have one play where I go wow, that was a sick play. You didn’t have one, that’s unacceptable,” said Orlovsky.

One by one he vented his frustration selecting targets from the Eagles. The next on his list were the Eagles defenders. “Do you have any idea how to stop quarterback runs?

“Have you guys seen zone read, I don’t know 20 years in football, you saw it three weeks ago, was there any plan on how to stop a quarterback run?” he further added,

“Can we stop using Jalen Hurts? It’s not working guys, it’s 10 weeks in. It’s not benefiting your football team,” said Orlovsky as the analyst.

Last but not least, it disheartened him to see the Eagles play. He felt as if the team had no plan. The Eagles had no direction.

“This is my biggest complaint. It took till the third quarter, seven minutes and 16 seconds left on the clock, to get Carson Wentz out of the pocket against the defense for the Giants that is ranked 26th in the NFL of defending quarterbacks outside the pocket,” He further added that, “This is an unacceptable performance by the players.”
