The Baltimore Ravens’ QB Lamar Jackson received a lot of flack this offseason. Jackson missed the voluntary OTAs stirring up rumors across the NFL community. His contract situation has been an ongoing debate, but a lot of senior quarterbacks also opt out of the voluntary OTAs. However, he quashed the rumors by appearing at the mandatory minicamp.

As the contract negotiations are underway, the QB seems to be focused on his work ethic and his game. Jackson reported to Under Armour Performance Center on the first day for QBs and injured veterans to report. It looks like the fuss around contract extension is not bothering the Ravens’ QB.

Media chatter about Jackson holding out was making a whirlwind during the minicamp. When asked about the chances of sitting out if the contracts weren’t done, the unanimous MVP said, “We’re having conversations about it. I don’t know.”
