Sean Payton is one of the biggest names available in the head coaches’ market after this season. Many franchises want the Super Bowl-winning head coach to take their teams to glory. But where will he actually go? He is yet to decide on that point as Payton continues to speak with various franchises.
The NFL world has warned Payton to stay away from a downtrodden AFC franchise as he eyes a coaching return next season. And in turn, the fans have shredded that franchise to pieces.

NFL world warns Sean Payton
Sean Payton is talking to various franchises for a head coaching role in the NFL. And the struggling Houston Texans have also joined the queue. The AFC franchise announced that they held an interview with the Super Bowl champion head coach to turn their fortunes around.
“We have completed an interview with Sean Payton for our head coaching position,” the Texans said through Twitter.
This announcement stunned the NFL world, which took the franchise to the cleaners. The fans also warned Payton to not join the franchise, which fires head coaches almost every year. This fan thinks they know what Peyton told the Texans.

I hate to say it, but the entire Texan organization is a dumpster fire. Caserio and O'Brien destroyed the team. Ownership did nothing to stop it. Who would want to come here after what they did to @loviesmith and @davidculley. Only a year and no opportunity to have a draft.

This is the only way the former Saints head coach will go to the Texans, according to this fan.
The only way Payton comes to Houston is if he has a franchise type QB. The Texans don’t have one. If they take one with number 2, they satisfy Payton. You still have to satisfy the saints to get a deal done.

Payton actually could be an ideal candidate for the struggling Texans. The franchise has multiple first-round draft picks and one of them can be used to satisfy the New Orleans Saints.

Anyone who wants to employ Payton in the NFL will have to negotiate with the Saints as they have a contract with him till 2025. But will he go to a franchise that is in shambles?
The struggling Texans
The Texans’ struggles were there for everyone to see this season. The team finished dead last in the AFC South division with just three wins in 17 games. That performance cost head coach Lovie Smith his job at the end of the regular season.

Whoever coaches the team next will have to build the team from scratch. They do have multiple first-round draft picks, but that process can take a lot of time. And it is not like Sean Payton doesn’t have other options. The Denver Broncos are already waiting to pounce to get him.
