The April 25 agreement was setting things up for Musk to buy Twitter Inc. for a reported $44 billion deal, but it has since collapsed.

While Twitter Inc. has shared its displeasure about Musk pulling out, the chances of the latter getting in trouble have increased. Sharpe seems a bit harsh on Musk and believes that the breach happened knowingly. While the legendary Broncos star is known for his hot takes on various subjects on FS1’s Undisputed, this particular take seems premature.
