Randy Gregory made a dramatic shift from Cowboys to the Broncos

The pass rusher got a massive deal proposal from his first home, at the NFL world during this season’s free agency. The contract assured him over $70 million for a total period of 5 years and a guaranteed sum of $28 million.

As to everyone’s expectations, Gregory backed the team and nodded his approval. But just a few moments later, he flipped the entire deal halfway.

Gregory signed an identical five-year agreement with the Wilson-led Broncos for the same salary cap. As soon as the news broke out, some of them couldn’t accept it and started criticizing his actions.

Gregory is always active on Twitter. He tried clarifying on the first hand to his fans and all the hatred lashing against him. He said that the Cowboys owner acted in bad faith during the contract negotiations and made him search for a better organization where his talents could be valued.

Gregory and his records

Randy Gregory is one of the strong pass-rushers in the current league of players. Having started his career with the Cowboys in 2015, he faced several setbacks throughout the journey. Gregory was suspended from the matches most of the time due to this.
