Aaron Rodgers and the Packers clinched an overtime victory on SNF against the Dallas Cowboys in a thrilling fashion. This brings an end to a five-game losing streak for the Wisconsin franchise. However, things were tense as A-Rod was in a heated conversation with Packers head coach Matt LaFleur.

He said that there was a lot of indecision involved in the botched run-pass-can play calling. Matt LaFleur, who was visibly emotional after the win, spoke about the spat with Rodgers. “A lot of times when we get in those situations, we give Aaron a lot of freedom to run the show. Today, he does a great job with it. So hindsight is 20–20. That’s on me,” LaFleur said on the failed 3rd down conversion. Matt also went into length about dealing with negativity after the five consecutive defeats and how refreshing this win over a dominant Cowboys feels.

Matt LaFleur took over the head coach position at Green Bay in 2019. He was an offensive coordinator with the Tennessee Titans, Atlanta Falcons and reigning Super Bowl champions, the LA Rams, before joining the Packers.
