The 2020 NFL season was starting to go south for coach John Harbaugh and the Baltimore Ravens after their 17-19 loss to AFC North opponents Pittsburgh Steelers in early December.

That was their 3rd-straight loss, having previously been beaten by reigning Super Bowl champions, Kansas City Chiefs, at the start of the season.
However, coach Harbaugh deserves credit for helping his players find the motivation to turn things around in the latter stages of the regular season. The Ravens went on to end the season 2nd in the AFC North behind the Steelers with an 11-5 record.

Speaking on Friday’s instalment of GMFB, analyst Kay Adams used an interesting Game of Thrones reference while talking about Lamar Jackson and the Ravens’ playoff ambitions.
She said, “There is power in crashing the party and no one believing you and taking all the pressure off. All of that happens as a result of what has happened with the Baltimore Ravens here in the 2020 season.
“You’ve already been through the worst Baltimore, and you feel like you’ve got nothing left to lose. What better way for the Ravens to begin their playoff run against the team that came into your building not once but twice and disrespected you, of course?
“There’s a lot of bad blood here. I think the Ravens go out there and they make the most of this rebirth coming back from the dead. There’s nothing more dangerous than that, and it’s going to happen this weekend.
“They’re going to go into their city, be disrespectful to Nashville. Exact their revenge in a major way. What is dead may never die. Let’s go Baltimore,” Adams said on the show.
The Ravens will certainly need a strong defensive display in order to silence Titans QB Ryan Tannehill and RB Derrick Henry. The latter has been at his destructive best over the course of the last 4 months.
