The Denver Broncos won with a score of 11-10 against the San Francisco 49ers. The San Francisco 49ers lost their game to the Denver Broncos in a shoddy fashion. And Jimmy Garoppolo will agree to that. Because the leading quarterback of the 49ers accidentally stepped out of his own end zone. This ensured safety to Denver.
Although a mistake, fans were quick to heartily throw jest and jokes on Jimmy G’s way. However, not only fans but the former QB of the Detroit Lions joined in on the troll truck.

The San Francisco 49ers led the game with a score of 7-3. While only 10 minutes remaining in the third quarter. They faced a second-and-10 at 2 years line. Under pressure, he stepped out of bounds, which cost the attacking team two points. Although he no longer had the ball with him, his feet crossed the back line of the end zone.

The safety gave two points to the Broncos, with the new score being 7-5. About his mistake, the veteran shot-caller said, “It was a tough situation. I was just trying to find some time on the play. It was a tough situation. It was altogether just a sloppy day. I think we had one clean drive and got points off it. Other than that, the defense really kept us in the game. Overall, it was a sloppy day.”
However, Kyle Shanahan, the head coach, accepted responsibility for the play decision that put Jimmy G in that predicament.

Jimmy G had an 81.2 quarterback rating on 18 of 29 passes for 211 yards, one touchdown, and one interception on Sunday, his sixth straight start with a rating below 100. (including playoffs).
