It’s already the middle of the year, and the former Las Angeles Rams WR Odell Beckham is still a free agent. WR Odell Beckham Jr. revealed a few years ago the top essential items he carries with himself wherever he goes. Out of those 10-items, one was a pack of cards. OBJ always keeps a pack of card with himself, which raises further questions – Does Odell Beckham Jr. loves gambling?

While talking with the GQ Sports, Beckham Jr. said, “I always keep the cards on. I love playing rummy, tonks, spades, Bourre, whatever love card. It’s kind of something that I picked up. Rummy 500, whatever it is, I just picked up cards. So time passed on a plane or you’re in the locker room and you just playing amongst your boys. I love cards.”

OBJ surely loves to play cards, as he mentions playing it on a plane and even in the locker room. He keeps the cards with himself as it is a game that he loves to play with his friends and his team members.

Odell Beckham Jr. would like to learn magic tricks from David Blaine

During the interview, he was asked if he could do some magic tricks with those cards. OBJ said he does not know any magic tricks but he would love to learn a few. He mentioned a famous American Illusionist, David Blaine, who is his good friend. He says he loves to watch him doing truly unbelievable tricks.

Other than cards, there were more items present on his essential list like his watch, candies, wallet, chewing gums, floss picks, cologne, chapstick, chargers, Chain, sneakers, and a handbag. Well, we don’t know yet whether OBJ is a gambler or not, but he definitely enjoys playing cards in his free time.
