Interestingly, the former two-time Super Bowl champion went unnoticed in his own city, New York.

One woman who walked away after meeting the star asked her friend: “Is that Tom Brady?” So, how did the superstar come out of the limelight?

The occasion was a new promo video for the second season of ‘The Eli Manning Show’ on YouTube. Incidentally, EM works at a hot dog stand, in the promo video. In addition, he is seen giving bike rides through the famous Central Park.

Tom Brady reference, and why Manning plays an undercover?

The intention of the video is to surprise and spread smiles. Meanwhile, the experienced campaigner also wanted to give a lively feel to the content and hence went on an 11-Day adventurous outdoor shoot.

However, most of the public simply walked away, while some of them who bought orders did not recognize that they were talking to a big sports celebrity. In order to give a hint or two, the seasoned campaigner asked the customers if they were aware that season two of his show was debuting soon. However, the majority of the lot had no idea what the show was. 

The Twitter reaction from the star reveals that he was a bit upset. “I’m not gonna lie, this hurt!!” Incidentally, TB and Manning appear to share a distant relationship at present, and the former is one of the major critics of the Bucs QB.

It is Eli Manning’s own show that debuted last season. This fun-centric show was released on the New York Giants’ official YouTube channel. Meanwhile, the 41-year-old has so far interviewed some of the major New York Giants players. In addition, celebrities also play a part in the show, laced with traces of humor. 

As a result, it came as a shocker as Manning expressed his disappointment. But being the sport that he is in, EM is most likely to move on with new lessons. Perhaps, he will implement some of them, with a pinch of salt, in his next episodes.
