The teenager Mahomes started his first bank account with the American State Bank. “I opened my first account with American State Bank when I was just 16 years old. From my time at Texas Tech and throughout my career in Kansas City, ASB has been a constant in my life,” a spirited Mahomes said. That decision was the footstep for a fruitful present, admitted Mahomes. Meanwhile, the noted bank aims to expand its base of customers and set its space in digital finance.

Super Bowl-winning QB agreed to a historic $500 million contract extension with the Chiefs in 2020. The 10-year deal made him the first half-billion-dollar player in sports history. While announcing the deal, Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt made a tremendous shout-out to Mahomes.
