Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was exuding calmness while recently discussing the Packers’ wide receiver room. The reigning league MVP was putting his faith in his rookies’ abilities to adjust to the demands and physicality of the NFL. Despite losing long-term teammates this offseason, Rodgers is counting on the newcomers. Rodgers believes veteran guidance for these players from the old guard can aid their development.

However, he adds that while Rodgers can continue to deliver, it will be the job of the replacements to support him. The loss of Adams is significant in Mangini’s eyes, considering his contributions.

Adams was delivering results, recording 123 receptions, 1,553 receiving yards, and 11 TDs. He admits that losing the Adams was one less headache for any opposition and a cause for concern for the Packers.
