On Thursday, he was present at the press conference addressing Arians’ departure from the coaching position. Unfortunately, the photo captured by Greg Auman, who was present at the conference, shows Brady having wrinkles on his face.

The Twitter world could not hold back their seats and was soon to react to the photograph.

Twitter is in utter disbelief to see Brady in this angle

Recently, Bruce Arians’ departure from being the head coach to the front office was the talk of the town. Experts were speculating a possible rift between Brady and the head coach. The timing at which Arians retired and the QB made a comeback strengthened the speculations even more.

Meanwhile, the Bucs held a press conference to bid goodbye to their long-time head coach on Thursday. Brady was present at the meeting, and it seems like Auman was unable to get a good angle to capture the picture.

Auman shared the pic on Twitter, citing Brady’s presence at the conference. But the Twitterati were least bothered about the matter and more concerned about Brady’s fitness and health.

Some of them mentioned that the rough photograph was captured in bad background light. Moreover, few of them were convinced that Brady has turned old in the past few months.

While another user was not willing to accept the angle and claimed that the backlight was the reason behind the unflattering photograph.

@EmanuelC01234 said that it might have been tough for Brady to stay home and has turned like a 60-year-old.

There were many sketch inscriptions inside the conference room. @jarrodthemann said that Brady looked like one amongst them.

@BraedenSteele02 was seriously concerned about Brady’s fitness and suggested he get a health check-up.

The reason is still unclear as to what has happened in reality, whether it was the background light or Brady has started to appear his age.

Tom Brady follows a strict diet plan

Brady is one of the few athletes in the NFL to have played at this age. When others are contemplating retirement, Brady is gearing up to make his game even better. Well, the secret is nothing but a strict and conscious diet plan he has been exercising for the past few years.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion made a dramatic shift in his lifestyle at the age of 25. Brady consumes plenty of all-natural and whole foods while excluding foods like tomatoes and peppers for fear of bloating. By the whole foods, he meant all organic veggies and the rest 20% filled with lean meats.

The veteran boasts of drinking lots of water daily and going to bed at 9:00 PM every day. Interestingly, he stays away from consuming alcohol and other harmful beverages and discourages lifting heavy weights while focusing more on flexibility.

After spending so much time in the locker room, he knows what is best for him and what is not! Brady will now enter his 23rd season, eying for an eighth Super Bowl ring.
