Things got a bit heated up in the Lambeau Stadium when Seattle Seahawks’ wide receiver DK Metcalf got into a spat with a few Packers. Clearly, the 23-year-old was frustrated with the offensive failure of the Seahawks during their Sunday night matchup with the Green Bay Packers.

Metcalf indulged in an argument in the last moments of the game with Henry Black, Adrian Amos, and Eric Stokes. He grabbed both Black and Stokes by their helmets and he also appeared to throw a punch at Stokes.

DK Metcalf is not happy with the Seattle Seahawks offense

Watching the brawl unfold, three referees threw flags and ejected Metcalf from the game, as the game was already one-sided. However, Metcalf tried to sneak back into the game, but the officials picked up on him immediately and sent him back to the locker room.

During his post-game conference, Metcalf opened up on his frustration as he said, “I’m tired of losing,” which was quite understandable since the Seahawks have lost four of their last five games and the offense hasn’t been the same ever since Russell Wilson picked up his finger injury in week 5 against the Rams.

“I think as an offense, we just struggled to get the ball moving,” Metcalf said. “I had a couple key drops that I should’ve caught. We’ve gotta make plays… and when Russ puts it in our area, we gotta catch it.”

Although Wilson returned during the Sunday night game but the quarterback did not seem to be well in sync with his throwing form. Metcalf too had a tough time catching the ball, contributing his share in the lifeless Seahawks offense.

Metcalf caught three of eight passes thrown at him, running for just 26 yards. His meager role in the game marked his lowest receiving yardage total of the 2021 season and the sixth-lowest total in 41 career games. It was surely a nightmare for the Seahawks, but Metcalf should aim to get back stronger when he meets the 8-2 Cardinals next week.
