A deal for Gruden’s property is expected to be finalized this month, with a final sale price not yet disclosed. Gruden and his family listed the two-story home with a nearly 1-acre next-door lot on 9th February and entered contract on 18th February.

He along with his wife, Cindy, purchased the still-empty lot in the summer of 2019 for an estimated $750,000. They closed in on the $4.3 million purchase of the home Last August according to some sources.

The property has a formal dining area accented by a chandelier, a large laundry area big enough for two washers. The house also has two dryers, plenty of closet space, and a garage. Some of the images display the additional entertaining areas outside, as well as a fire pit.

In 2018, the Raiders franchise had signed a 10-year, $100 million contract with Gruden but had to resign after a New York Times report. It revealed a chain of emails sent between the 2011 to 2018 time period and Gruden was reported of having a history of behavior that the Raiders do not stand for.

While addressing the rumors, he states, “I love the Raiders and do not want to be a distraction. Thank you to all the players, coaches, staff, and fans of Raider Nation. I’m sorry, I never meant to hurt anyone.

It seems that Gruden wants to leave the memories with the Raiders behind. The listing for the property was undertaken by Heidi Holly, the owner of the real estate firm Lifestyle LV. Despite his wrong decisions in the past, Gruden certainly has made the right financial decisions off of it.
