He said, “divorce wouldn’t be a good way to hide anything.” The experienced attorney added a separation does not discharge both parties from liability. Notably, Holly Davis of Kirker Davis LLP echoed a similar view. He added Brady missing 11 days of the pre-season camp showed he had some knowledge about the collapse.
