It should have been a special day for Green Bay Packers quarterback, Aaron Rodgers. But instead, due to his complicated relationship with his family, he missed out on this occasion. His elder brother, Luke Rodgers, just welcomed his first child into the world. And showing solidarity and brotherhood, decided to name the baby boy after their youngest brother Jordan.

Over the decision to use the name Jack, he explained that he chose it because the name means, “god is gracious.” And for Luke, his baby boy comes as a blessing for him and his wife. In addition to his first name, he also explains the child’s middle name, Jordan. “Your middle name is for [Jordan Rodgers]” added Luke. “We can only pray you grow up to be as generous, kind, loyal, (and tan) and an amazing man of character as your uncle Jordan.”

Aaron Rodgers is not a family MVP

During the 2016 Bachelorette season. Jordan had opened up to Jojo Fletcher about the complicated relationship between the Brothers. “I have a great relationship with my brother Luke.”Added Jordan. “Me and Aaron don’t really have that much of a relationship. It’s just kind of the way he’s chosen to do life.”

In spite of his outspoken personality. The Green Bay Packers‘ quarterback has remained tight-lipped on his family situation. But he did take a little issue with his younger brother airing out private laundry in the public like that. “A little inappropriate [for Jordan] to talk publicly about some family matters.” Rodgers told MISN 12 news “I’m not going to speak on those things, but I wish him well in the competition.”
