Ex-NFL punter Pat McAfee has been having a great year so far. He recently signed a 5-year deal worth around $85 million with ESPN. This brings his show, the Pat McAfee Show, under the network’s umbrella, amidst the massive layoffs going on in the company. Apart from this, the former Indianapolis Colts star also welcomed his first child into the world with his wife Samantha McAfee.

And now, celebrations are once again in place for the McAfee household. The 36-year-old recently took to social media to shower his lady love on a very auspicious occasion.

The former NFL punter got married back in 2020. And when it came to proposing to his lady love, Pat McAfee went all in, with an extensive setup that included a helicopter as well as a date near in front of a waterfall. And now, the 36-year-old took to social media to celebrate Samantha’s birthday with his fans.

In a recent Instagram post shared by McAfee, he shared various photos of his wife. The series of photos included the time when Samantha was pregnant with their child. And one of the photos also shows how the ex-punter decorated a private jet with birthday arrangements as a surprise for the love of his life. In the caption, he asked his fans to help him wish his beautiful wife a very happy birthday. He wrote, “You’re an absolute natural and Z is obsessed with you. I’m very grateful that you are born 25 years ago. This next year is gonna be your best year yet, I’m pumped to watch.”

The couple also celebrated a very important occasion earlier this year, when they both welcomed their first child into their family.

On the 4th of May, they welcome their daughter, Mackenzie Lynn McAfee, to the world. The 36-year-old ex-NFL star and his wife went through a hard time before. They lost two babies in consecutive years before the birth of their first daughter. Pat McAfee was elated to welcome his first child into the world. He took to social media to share his joy with his fans, calling Mackenzie their “beautiful angel.” And now, the family will be looking forward to continuing their new journey as parents in the coming days ahead.

While Pat McAfee celebrates his wife’s birthday with grand pomp and show, fans will be waiting in anticipation to see his show makes its ESPN debut this fall.
