After Davante Adams, Tom Brady Takes His Frustrations Out on a Cameraman

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers took the field against the Cleveland Browns in a week 12 clash on Sunday Night Football. And they blew their lead late in the second half to lose in overtime. But the Browns led the game on multiple occasions. One such occasion saw Tom Brady venting a bit of his frustration on a cameraperson, like Davante Adams. Well, not exactly like the WR, as there was no shoving involved.

The Browns ended the two-game winning streak of the Buccaneers to increase the frustration brewing throughout the season.

The Tom Brady wave

It was early in the second quarter. The Browns led the game 10-7 at that point in time. Tom Brady and his teammates got ready to get into a huddle before a first-down attempt. And a cameraman just wandered near the team huddle, which Brady clearly didn’t appreciate.

Brady waved the cameraman away from the team huddle before going back in to discuss the Buccaneers‘ offensive play. The cameraman obliged the greatest quarterback to ever play the league. Who wouldn’t? Nobody wants to be on the wrong side of TB12. Not while he is on the field, at least.

The Bucs tied the game up before halftime with a field goal and took a lead in the third quarter. But they could not hold onto it as a late Browns drive resulted in level scores at the end of regulation time. In the end, the Buccaneers succumbed to the sixth loss of their 2022 season.

The Buccaneers capitulate

The Buccaneers fell to the Browns in OT when Nick Chubb scored a two-yard rushing touchdown to win the game for the Cleveland-based franchise. Before the touchdown, Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper caught and ran for a 46-yard gain to set up a first down at the Buccaneers’ two-yard line.

The Tampa-based franchise came into the game to look and build upon their two-game winning run. But the team which has won just one of their last seven games produced a near-perfect show late in the game to upset the Buccaneers’ plans.

The Browns QB Jacoby Brissett, who might be replaced by Deshaun Watson next week, made a case for himself to be the starting player for the team. He threw one touchdown pass in the game, which tied the game up to force OT. The other two touchdowns were from rush plays.

So, who will start under center for the Browns in their next game? And will the Buccaneers bounce back from the heartbreaking defeat?
